For larger orders, we also include extra spare parts to help keep your operation running without downtime.

A: Yes, our gates support seamless integration with nearly all third‑party access devices including RFID, biometric and QR‑code readers. They also accept open‑trigger signals from AI‑camera recognition, infrared sensors, motion detectors and push‑buttons. We configure matching interfaces to ensure stable communication for a unified integrated solution.

Q: What materials are used for the cabinet and the mechanism, and what is the thickness of the stainless steel?

Q: What throughput can the gate achieve per minute? Can it cope well in high‑foot‑traffic locations?

A: Our speed‑gate features a 0.2‑second response to valid access signals for excellent throughput. It supports Normally‑Open mode for busy sites like metro stations. Users may pass continuously after successful credential verification; the gate closes promptly to block entry without valid access signals, while built‑in anti‑pinch sensors maintain closing forces within safe limits.

Q: We frequently need custom project products. Do you manufacture in‑house and handle custom requests?

A: Yes. We make all our turnstiles in‑house and develop our own core components. We can manage custom needs, offering ODM tweaks to existing models as well as OEM builds from your drawings.
